Deborah started with RMA over 9 years ago and is now Business Improvement Manager. Having worked in Property Management in the UK previously she started off with RMA as a Property Manager where she quickly advanced to Licensed Branch Manager and then moved into Training and Acquisitions.
Deb has a comprehensive knowledge of the fast-paced world of property and favourite part of the role is helping the Property Managers take their skills to the next level, problem solving and training. Deb has a passion for keeping up to date with the latest legislation and passing this knowledge onto the team. She believes in building a good office culture and adding value to the business.
Her go-getter attitude continues outside of work too. With 2 kids, a dog, a husband and gym habit that finds her there 6 times a week, there’s never a dull moment in Deb’s life.
