Laura Fearn


About Me

With fifteen years in customer service and administration roles, Laura has focused her time for the last three years on the real estate industry working as the front of house for the Wyndham Team as a receptionist and Assistant Property Manager.  

After gaining experience in retail, hospitality, accounting and mortgage broking, Laura began her journey with RMA as a casual receptionist temp before moving into a leasing assistant role. Following a temporary hiatus into new industries to expand her skillset, Laura’s passion for real estate was unquestionable. She describes gravitating back to reception and administrative roles as undeniably the  spaces she loves. Her favourite part of her role includes, excepting challenges with a positive attitude, meeting and helping new people and utilising her organisation skills. Laura loves the variation in her day-to-day tasks as it allows for growth and continuous development.  

Laura's ability to retain information about a plethora of topics, roles and industries makes her an integral part of our top-level customer service. Her role at RMA is multifaceted with an array of administration tasks as a receptionist, as well as assisting with rental applications and documents for approved applications as an Assistant Property Manager. When she’s not providing high-quality service to her customers, Laura enjoys spending her days escaping into a book or planted firmly on the couch watching Netflix. Laura’s eagerness to learn also means she spends her time dappling into amateur photography.  

With a keen interest in environmental impacts for individuals and companies, Laura has been recognised for her Services to the Community receiving a Rotary Club Award at 17 for her work in setting up and running an Eco Group in school. Laura describes her personality as warm, bubbly and empathetic, all attributes evident in the positive impact she is creating for RMA. As an advocate for mental health and sustainability, Laura’s unique demeanour radiates through her ability to connect with clients and colleagues.
