Step 1 Grab your Customer Reference Number
Locate your RMA Customer Reference Number. It will be located in the top right hand corner of your correspondence letters and statements.
Step 2 Activate your account
Step 3 Enter your Customer Reference Number and Submit
There is a blank box on the page. Type in your Customer Reference Number and click submit. An email will be sent to your email address which will contain your password. You can then use this to log in.
