Choosing a property manager is an important decision; you
don't just want any property manager, you want a great
property manager. We really do specialise in property
management - that's all we do. Unlike other real estate
companies who may have property management divisions,
property management is our business. It's what we do.
To make it easier to choose us, or to make the switch, we're
offering to pay your first two (2) month's property
management fees for you!*
* Terms and Conditions
The Managemnt Fee will not be charged by the Agency for the of two months under the following conditions.
- Minimum 12 month management agreement
- Property is leased for a minimum of 6 months
- The amount is calculated as the amount of the Property Management Fee (net fee excluding GST and ancillary fees) charged by the agency for each of the first two months the property is under management and leased. (eg. rent amount for two months only x management fee only.)
- The management fee is charged by the Agency as stipulated in the Rental Management Agreement
- The fee is not charged as long as all other fees and changes are as per the Rental Management Agreement are paid up to date.
