Sam Pyne, Director of On Tap Plumbing & Gas and Bara Electrical on all things maintenance in the property world

In this week's episode of That Property Podcast, we welcomed Sam Pyne, Director of On Tap Plumbing & Gas and Bara Electrical to That Property Podcast to share his top tips for homeowners, some interesting jobs coming out of the company's 24-hour emergency line, how to keep up with the. maintenance of your home and more. 

Sam Pyne is originally from New Zealand, born in Christchurch and moved to Auckland during his teenage years. He left school early to begin his plumbing apprenticeship and then worked as a plumber for a few years. His next adventure was to move to London, where he worked in various sale roles, in Foreign Exchange and in the Private Equity space. Finally, he moved to Perth, where he currently resides, and bought into On Tap Plumbing, which had been established by a friend of his years before.
