I am sure you are more than aware of the outstanding customer relations, but as a landlord I need to express how impressed I have been with the way my Property Manager has dealt with my tenancy, and can only give compliments on our dealings since she has taken over management of my property. This is really something, because I have been more than happy with previous managers. I appreciate that some tenants and landlords make management a stressful occupation, and notes of appreciation may be rare.
